Terms & Conditions

A Contract is formed upon booking confirmation by the Provider. By booking, the Client accepts these Terms.

Prices are in Euros (€). Terms may be updated at any time.

The Provider may refuse service for safety or operational reasons.

Pricing

• All prices are in Euros (€)
• Based on confirmed booking details
• Incorrect information may affect pricing
• Peak surcharge: 24–26 Dec & 1 Jan (+50%)

Waiting Times

• Airport pickups: 60 minutes included
• Address pickups: 15 minutes included
• Extra waiting time available for purchase

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
• Less than 24 hours: non-refundable
• No-shows: non-refundable
• Refunds processed in 7–14 business days
• Provider cancellations: full refund issued

Vehicle Conditions

• Up to 4 passengers per standard vehicle
• Passengers responsible for luggage
• Excess luggage may require larger vehicle
• Cleaning fee: €60 if damage occurs

Liability & Force Majeure

The Provider is not liable for delays caused by:

• Weather or natural disasters
• Traffic or road closures
• Flight delays or cancellations
• Strikes or industrial action
• Government or airport restrictions (including Otopeni Airport)
• Vehicle or system failure

Privacy Policy

We collect only data required to complete your booking (name, contact, pickup details, flight info).

Data is used strictly for service delivery and communication.

We do not sell or trade personal data.

Limited data may be shared with trusted subcontractors to complete your transfer.

GDPR Compliance (EU & Romania)

Under GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Request data portability

All data is securely stored and processed in compliance with Romanian law.

Subcontractors

We may use trusted subcontractors and third-party transport providers to fulfil bookings.

All subcontractors are carefully selected and required to meet professional safety and service standards.

By booking, you agree that subcontractors may be used to complete your transfer.

General Terms

If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Romania.
